We value having children be a part of our worship experience here at FUMCO, so we invite them up front for a short sermon every week during our Sunday service. These mini-sermons are usually led by our children's Sunday School teachers, Director of Discipleship, or Senior Pastor, and they help our children apply the sermon passage or passages of the day to their lives in language that they can comprehend. After this, they are dismissed to Sunday School, although they may remain in worship if they wish. On days where we have special events such as a baptism or confirmation, we invite the older children to remain in worship to experience these celebrations.
